This Privacy Policy describes how Chisel Cubes (the "app"), released by haipibak.com, treats information. It is applicable to the Android version of the app.
Information we collect
Chisel Cubes neither collects, stores nor transmits any personal data to haipibak.com or to any server under our control.
The app does not require user accounts and includes no analytics or third‑party crash reporting tools.
Advertising and tracking
The application does not access the Android Advertising ID (AD_ID). It contains no advertising SDKs and no external tracking mechanisms.
We do not sell, lease, or otherwise share personal data.
Device permissions
Permissions are requested only when a specific feature needs them, and any related data is processed locally on your device.

You may revoke any granted permission at any time via Android Settings.
Data stored on your device
All data saved by the app remains on your device, never leaving it, and is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data in Android Settings.
Third-party services
The app does not embed third‑party services directly; Google Play and Android operate under their own respective policies.
Children's privacy
The app is not aimed at children under 13 (COPPA) and does not intentionally gather data from minors. Where local law sets a higher age of digital consent, that higher age applies. Parents may contact adeel7farooq@gmail.com with any inquiries.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, to object to processing, or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Under the CCPA/CPRA you may request disclosure and deletion of personal information and may opt out of any sale. We do not sell or share personal information.
Because the app does not collect data, deletion is achieved by uninstalling the app. We respond to email requests within a reasonable period, not exceeding 30 days.
Data retention
We retain no user data. If you contact us by email, we use your message solely to provide a response.
Security
Your information stays on your device and is protected by Android’s security mechanisms. No system is completely secure, so we keep the app minimal and avoid collecting unnecessary data.
Changes to this policy
If this policy is updated, the revised version will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date will be amended.
